I must apologize for
forgetting to write to you.
You have all been so wonderful

so worked in a facelift ~ at least

This a new explorations for me

Just a note to share a few changes
taking place. You many notice
a reduction in the poetry here.
All of it is still available in my two
books. Subtle Expressions and
the soon to be released Soul Songs.
I needed to make room from a
breath of fresh air and some new

Just a quick note to let you
know there are two new
poems in the "Family
Treasures" section.
I feel I owe each of you
deep friends an apology.
The move has triggered
a reactivation of my
fibromyalgia and rheumatoid
arthritis. A real pain! LOL!
I should be settled into
my new home the first
week in April.
I an excited to share with
you new developments.
The local library here in
Wildomar, California will
be featuring a Tea and
reading of my poetry on
May 1st. Needless to say
I am nervous and excited!
Wish me luck and don't
forget to order your own
copy of Subtle Expressions.
My second book is almost
completed and ready for
submission. I could use
your prayers.

Whew! Looks like I may
Have located a place to live.
Was wondering if I would ever
get back to writing. Still have
a week or two to go...groan!!
In the meantime been busy.
promoting the new book. Hoping
you all have your copies.
I will be teaching a creative writing
class and doing a presentation of
my poetry at the local library.
Wish me luck :-) Back soon on
a fulltime basis. The new book
Is almost ready to be sent to the
Publishers.

Where does the time go?
Seems like only yesterday
I was here to update you.
This moving stuff is taking
it's toll. However, I do have
new poetry I hope to add
this week. God willing and
the creeks don't rise. As my
grandfather used to say ~ :-)

California! Temperatures have
drastically shifted for this NC girl.
Still getting settled in to my new
local. Getting a tan in the process!

As we begin a new year we
face the passing of winter and rebirth
as spring prepares to bless us with
new life.
Already new blessings have come into
my life. Subtle Expressions is now in it's
final stages of birth. It will be available
soon through Amazon, Barnes and Noble,
and Publish America.
Along with the new book I will be relocating
from North Carolina to California.
The transition will be taking place the
first week in February. So, if you don't see
any new additions for a time please be
patient. I will be writing and preparing to
add them once settled.
I would like to take this opportunity to say
"Thank You," for making Soul Songs a
place of comfort and sharing. It would be
nothing without each of you.
Ok, enough for now. Back soon..;-)
